BOCA ZEN is another fantastic product made by MitoZen, and it’s one of those Swiss Army Knife products. It’s packed with all kinds of potent organic essential oils, making it excellent for oral care. This spray also activates the vagus nerve which confers greater stress resilience while inducing feelings of calm and relaxation. It’s also a safe and effective alternative to the powerful clarogenic plant medicine called Hapé. This is traditionally used to deepen meditations, promote introspection, and help “connect the dots” to discover patterns.
Nick’s Take: This is one that I’ve tried and have been meaning to pick up for my home. When applied traditionally (Hapé is inhaled through the nostrils), it produces a short-lived but intense burning sensation. If needed, you can reduce that by adding a bit of C8 MCT oil to dilute.
