Two ways to earn a place here: surface an intervention before anyone else (scout credit) and call rising or fading before the crowd (foresight points from resolved 12-month calls). Calibration beats bravado: confident-wrong costs more than hedged-wrong. Points and rank only. No prizes, no payouts.
