DoseAcromegaly starts at 50 mcg three times daily and has a labeled maintenance range of 100-500 mcg three times daily. Carcinoid tumors use 100-600 mcg/day and VIPomas use 200-300 mcg/day in divided doses during the initial 2 weeks.
