This page explains how Outliyr LLC handles the health information you give the Supplement Finder. It follows Washington’s My Health My Data Act and Nevada’s consumer health data law (SB 370). Our general Privacy Policy covers everything else we do.
What counts as consumer health data here
Any answer you give the Supplement Finder that points to your physical or mental health. That means your health goals, medical conditions, pregnancy or breastfeeding status, medications, allergies, and lab result gaps.
What we collect

- The products and supplement tiers we suggest to you
We do not collect precise location or biometric identifiers. We do not collect reproductive health details beyond what you choose to type into the questions.
Where this information comes from
Directly from you, when you answer the Supplement Finder questions. We do not buy or receive this information from any other source.
Why we collect it
To filter our suggestions so we don’t recommend something that conflicts with a condition, medication, or allergy you told us about. That’s the only reason we ask.
Where it stays and what we save
Your answers stay in your browser while you use the tool. We don’t save them, and we don’t write them into the page address, browser storage, or a cookie. If you close the tab, they’re gone.
We only save a result when you tap Keep this result. A kept result holds only the products and tiers you were shown. Keeping a result never sends us your medications, conditions, allergies, or pregnancy status. Our server rejects those details if they ever arrive.
Who we share it with
We don’t share your Supplement Finder answers with advertisers, data brokers, or any other company. We do not sell your consumer health data.
No targeted ads
We don’t use anything you tell the Supplement Finder to target ads to you, on our site or anywhere else.
How long we keep it
- Answers you don’t keep: gone when you close the tab.
- Kept results: deleted automatically 180 days after you keep them.
- A result whose link you revoke: deleted 30 days after you revoke it.
Your rights
If you live in Washington or Nevada, or we collected your health data while you were in Washington or Nevada, you can:
- Confirm whether we hold consumer health data about you
- Access that data
- Withdraw your consent to us collecting or sharing it
- Ask us to delete it
How to use these rights
Email support@outliyr.com or hello@outliyr.com with your request. Tell us your name and email so we can find your record. We’ll confirm we got your request. We’ll respond within 45 days for Washington requests and 30 days for Nevada requests, as those laws require. If we need more time, we’ll tell you why.
