  • Shilajit 7.4, ashwagandha 6.8. The 0.6 gap comes from downside, not from effect: ashwagandha carries documented liver-injury cases and thyroid stimulation that shilajit does not.
  • Their mechanisms barely touch. Shilajit moves trace minerals and runs antioxidant and mild gonadotropic signaling. Ashwagandha damps the HPA axis and lowers cortisol through GABA-A. You can run both without redundancy.
