The Outliyr Data Library
Instrument-measured health tech data, free to cite. I test the gear with a calibrated spectroradiometer, flicker analysis, and EMF meters, then publish the numbers where anyone can check them: journalists, researchers, and skeptical buyers alike.
- ✓ Free to cite and republish (CC BY 4.0, attribution required)
- ✓ Measured with calibrated instruments, not copied from spec sheets
- ✓ Versioned releases with a permanent citation record
What this is
Measured data, open by default
The Outliyr Data Library is a public collection of datasets from Outliyr’s independent testing lab: measured device performance (claimed vs actual output, flicker, EMF), survey research on what health optimizers do, and the methodology behind every number. Each dataset is downloadable as CSV, versioned, and licensed CC BY 4.0 so writers and researchers can cite it freely with attribution.

What you can download today
Light Therapy Devices
76 devices with pricing, wavelengths, and claimed vs measured irradiance at a realistic 12 inches, plus flicker, EMF, and power draw on every device I verified hands-on.

State of Biohacking & Longevity
Survey research on what health optimizers practice, spend, and prioritize, published as a living report and updated as responses come in. Aggregate data export is in preparation.

Coming Next
An EMF and flicker benchmark across red light panels (the safety data nobody else measures), plus category cuts on request. New datasets land here first, announced with each release.

Free to use, with attribution
Every dataset is CC BY 4.0: use it, share it, republish it, including commercially. The only requirement is credit with a link.

Versioned releases live on GitHub, so a citation from today keeps pointing at the exact numbers you quoted even after the data updates.
For journalists & researchers
Need a number, a chart, or a quote?
I’m Nick Urban (CHEK Holistic Lifestyle Coach Level 2, CHEK Integrated Movement Science Level 1, School of Biohacking Instructor). I run the instruments behind these datasets and I’m available for expert comment on light therapy, wearables, supplements, and the wider health optimization space.
Pre-cut statistics
Ready-to-quote findings from any dataset, with the methodology and capture dates attached so your fact-check is painless.
Custom category cuts
Need just the panels under $500, or only the verified devices? Ask, and you’ll get a clean slice of the data for your story.
