Walking Treadmill (Desk)


A simple walking treadmill under my standing desk dramatically boosted my health, brain function, and fitness. I’m able to get my 10,000 steps in before my first meal.

This treadmill is convertible, can support 250 pounds, goes up to 6.2 mph, and easily fits in my tiny NYC apartment. It’s slim enough to tuck under the couch.
