I know what it feels like to be in over your head—to read conflicting health information all the while conventional solutions fail you.
For years, I, too, checked all the boxes but I still didn’t feel great. I lived with symptoms I thought were “normal”. Until I took my health into my own hands.
With enough research, studying, and implementation, I began to see patterns. Patterns that transcend the rise and fall of new health fads.
I began running (safe) self-experiments. Everything started improving, and others turned to me with questions.
I guess you could say that I’ve been “biohacking” since high school. Today, I don’t have it all figured out.
But I spend over a thousand hours every year deeply immersed in this.
My goal with this website is to share everything I’m learning with you.

BioHarmonizing vs BioHacking
Biohacking is becoming a household name.
The definition varies, but it always has something to do with taking control of your biology.
If you ever come across a word or phrase that you don’t know, reference this biohacker’s glossary.
There are several major issues with biohacking.
First, it’s not sustainable. By definition, hacks don’t last. They’re quick fixes that don’t address the root cause of the issue.
Nature has a reason for its pace and timing. Accelerating things can cause major issues.
Biohackers rarely employ the precautionary principle. We may look back on many of the popular biohacks of today with the same horror as practices like bloodletting or lobotomies.
Most importantly, hacking is about opposing the body. Thinking that man knows better. But that’s rarely the case.
