Nick’s Take: I started using this in May 2023 and am quite impressed so far. It’s certainly a premium device, but it’s extremely versatile and is a top choice for injury rehab and as their marketing claims, to “simulate a 2-hour gym session in just 20 minutes”. I expect this system will take off and become the future of training for those that demand elite human performance.
