TitanBody EMS Suit
URBAN for 10%Electro muscle stimulation training technology is an old Russian secret dating back to the 1960s. They used it to give their cosmonauts, elite athletes, and military personnel a distinct advantage. By safely applying electricity to specific parts of the body (muscle), they got the benefits of heavy strength training but without impact and/or injury.
Plus, this special style of training has its own unique advantages. This one suit can be used to effectively train: Strength, Power, Cardio, Recovery, Yoga, Boxing, Golf, and other sports-specific skills. There are only several high-quality systems on the market.
This is one of them.
Nick's Take: I started with a different suit (Katalyst) back in 2022 and was impressed, but the company failed and changed ownership. I switched to TitanBody in June 2026 and love how light and customizable it is. I can change the settings, workout parameters, and even the duration of exercises straight from the app mid-session. The dry electrodes mean I don't have to wet down the whole suit, which is a real win here in the Austin summer heat. My old Katalyst never charged a membership fee, and I like that TitanBody doesn't lock anyone into one either. The one downside is no on-screen, instructor-led workout guidance like Katalyst has, so I run conventional training movements or keep YouTube open on a separate device.
I expect EMS technology will take off and become the future of training for those that demand elite human performance. Click the link to unlock 10% off.
Pros

- Save custom settings so you jump right back into your program
- You're not forced into the usual EMS warm-up
- Lighter and more portable than Katalyst
- Comfortable through a full range of motion without damaging the suit
Cons
- No silver or antimicrobial fabric, and with no base layer it smells faster
- The stimulation doesn't feel as deep as Katalyst
- Sometimes the suit ignores the stimulation pattern, either stimulating for too long or stopping, especially if you background the app
- The battery pack on the right hip gets slightly in the way during certain movements
- The suit must fit you precisely because it isn't adjustable
