This wrist-worn watch lets you take several types of on-demand measurements to get a window into your cognitive state. I use their measurements of clinical-grade reaction time, combined with quantified decision making ability (speed with accuracy) and biofeedback to understand how the interventions I test impact my biology.
For example, I've learned that meditation stacked with red light therapy improves both my reaction time and decision making. Certain nootropics, however, increase my reaction speed at the cost of slightly impaired decision making.
This same technology can be used to track (and hopefully mitigate) cognitive decline/impairment. Right now, this wearable's user base is mostly professional/elite athletes, but I expect that to change as more people learn about everything it offers.
